There are many reasons that Costa Rica is considered a natural paradise. Costa Rica represents 1% of the planet's surface, but contains 5% of the world's biodiversity. 40% of the national territory is protected in national parks and biological reserves. A total of 34 national parks are distributed throughout the country.
Our country has a wonderful wheater, in the range between 20 C to 28 º C throughout the year. So you can enjoy visiting the stunning beaches, mountains, national parks and volcanoes, which are waiting for you and your family.

We are proud to have a history of political stability, social and economic life, an exceptional policy of neutrality in Central America, no racial tension, a large commercial environment, and most importantly, very polite, friendly and very educated people.

We are one of the countries with better health indicators in Latin America, through a system of public health and private hospitals and clinics with lots of great prestige and reputation.

In terms of education, universities and colleges have a strong reputation nationally and internationally, including research centers such as the School of Agronomy of the Humid Tropic Region (EARTH), the Institute of Biodiversity (InBio), INCAE, which is a Post degree college in Business Administration attached to Harvard University and the University for Peace, which is a university attached to the United Nations.
For all this reason many people around the world consider Costa Rica as a pleasant and relaxed place to live and they have decided to stay with us permanently.
